Payment Terms

Clients are responsible for ensuring that payments are made through approved payment methods and within the specified due dates.
Failure to make payments within the agreed timeline may lead to temporary suspension of services until outstanding dues are cleared. Late Payment and Account Suspension
To maintain uninterrupted services and server resources, clients are expected to clear all outstanding invoices within the agreed payment period. Accounts remaining unpaid for an extended period may be permanently terminated along with associated website files, databases, emails, and backups. Any account reactivation after suspension may attract administrative or restoration charges depending on the complexity of the recovery process. In cases involving payment reversals, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions, Digital Future Solution reserves the right to immediately terminate all services without any obligation to restore data or continue the project.
Maintaining Accurate Client Information
Clients are responsible for keeping their contact details, billing information, email addresses, and communication preferences updated at all times. All official communication, invoices, renewal reminders, project updates, and service notifications will be sent to the latest information available in our records.
Digital Future Solution shall not be held responsible for missed communications, service interruptions, or delayed renewals resulting from outdated or incorrect client information. It is the client’s responsibility to notify us promptly of any changes to their contact or billing details to ensure uninterrupted communication and service delivery.
Spam Policy
Digital Future Solution maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam, unsolicited commercial emails (UCE), and any form of abusive communication through our servers or services. Clients are strictly prohibited from using our hosting infrastructure, websites, email services, or digital platforms to send unsolicited bulk emails, promotional messages without consent, phishing campaigns, or any activity that violates anti-spam regulations. Any account found participating in spam-related activities may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice. System and Network Security

Prohibited Scripts and Applications
Only secure and optimized applications are permitted on our hosting environment. Software, scripts, or applications known to create security risks, consume excessive server resources, or interfere with server performance are not allowed.
Examples include unauthorized proxy servers, IRC servers, game servers, anonymous browsing tools, cryptocurrency mining software, automated spamming applications, resource-intensive chat systems, malicious scripts, and any software designed to exploit server resources. Digital Future Solution reserves the right to disable or remove such applications immediately to maintain server stability and security.
Data Backup Policy
Although Digital Future Solution may perform periodic server-level backups for disaster recovery purposes, clients remain solely responsible for maintaining their own website files, databases, emails, and business data. Server backups should not be considered a guaranteed recovery solution.
We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups before making significant website updates or modifications. Digital Future Solution shall not be held responsible for any loss of data resulting from accidental deletion, software failure, cyberattacks, third-party applications, hardware failure, or client-side modifications.
Mailing List and Email Usage
Our hosting services are designed primarily for website hosting and business email communication. Bulk email marketing, mass mailing lists, unsolicited newsletters, or high-volume email campaigns are not permitted on shared hosting environments. Clients intending to conduct large-scale email marketing campaigns should use specialized third-party email marketing platforms that are specifically designed for bulk communication.
Websites promoting illegal activities, adult content, copyrighted material without authorization, or any content that violates applicable laws may be suspended immediately without prior notice. Digital Future Solution reserves the right to remove such content to protect its infrastructure and maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Monitoring and Compliance

Ownership of Website and Digital Assets
The ownership of website assets depends upon the scope of work agreed upon between the client and Digital Future Solution. Upon successful completion of the project and full payment of all outstanding invoices, the client shall own the approved website design, visual layout, HTML, CSS, JavaScript files, images provided by the client, and content supplied or approved by the client. These assets may be used, modified, or transferred by the client as per their business requirements.
However, Digital Future Solution retains ownership of all proprietary technologies, custom frameworks, reusable development modules, backend architecture, automation systems, coding methodologies, APIs, internal development tools, and any intellectual property created independently by our development team unless otherwise agreed through a separate written agreement. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of our proprietary systems is strictly prohibited.
Source Code and Intellectual Property
Unless specifically mentioned in a signed agreement, all custom backend source code, proprietary CMS modules, administration panels, automation systems, APIs, database architecture, and software frameworks developed by Digital Future Solution remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use the developed solution for their business operations but do not acquire ownership of the underlying proprietary technologies.
If complete source code ownership is required, it must be agreed upon before project commencement under a separate commercial agreement. Any transfer of ownership shall become effective only after full payment and execution of the required legal documentation.
Domain Name Policy
If a domain name is purchased or registered by Digital Future Solution on behalf of the client, it will remain under our management until all outstanding payments and contractual obligations have been fulfilled. Upon receiving a written request and clearance of all pending dues, domain management or registrar access may be transferred to the client where technically and contractually feasible.
Clients are responsible for ensuring timely renewal of domain names. Digital Future Solution shall not be held responsible for any loss, expiration, suspension, or unavailability resulting from delayed renewals, inaccurate domain information, or registrar-related issues beyond our control.
Web Hosting Policy
Hosting services provided by Digital Future Solution are intended solely for the operation of websites developed and maintained by our organization. To protect server security, proprietary technologies, and service quality, server root access, hosting credentials, backend infrastructure, or administrative server configurations are not shared with clients.
Installation of unauthorized third-party software, server modifications, or applications that may compromise server security or stability is not permitted unless specifically approved by our technical team. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend any activity that negatively impacts the hosting environment.
Client-Owned Servers
Digital Future Solution develops and optimizes websites based on our recommended hosting environment to ensure performance, security, and reliability. If a client chooses to host the website on a third-party server or independently managed infrastructure, technical support may be limited to deployment assistance only.
We cannot guarantee identical website performance, security, compatibility, or uptime on external hosting environments and shall not be responsible for issues arising from third-party servers, software configurations, or infrastructure managed outside our organization.
Technical Support
Digital Future Solution provides technical support for services purchased directly from us. Support includes assistance related to website functionality, hosting services, maintenance, bug resolution, and service-related queries within the agreed support period.
Support requests should be submitted through our official communication channels, including email or our designated support system. Response times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the issue. Requests involving additional development, design modifications, new features, or work outside the agreed project scope may be treated as separate billable services.
Third-Party Software and Integrations

Any interruption, security issue, software vulnerability, API limitation, licensing restriction, or service discontinuation caused by third-party providers shall not be considered the responsibility of Digital Future Solution. Clients are responsible for maintaining valid licenses, subscriptions, and compliance with the respective third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
